Even if you don’t smoke, nicotine may still go in your body. If someone nearby is smoking, you will most likely breath that too. The worse part is that you actually have it worse than the smoker have it. The person actually smoking has a filter on this cigarette, the second hand smoker has no filter. When you are going to be around smoker, stay as far away as possible or wear a mask while you are with them. The mask will filter the air that goes in your lungs.
Dust Mites
Dust mites are the most notorious because it is present everywhere. The only way around it, really, is to clean your surroundings as diligently as you can. You may also set up dust collecting systems. This will suck out all the dirty organism in the air and throw it back outside.
Air Pollution
A dirty air is an asthma bait. Keep your air clean inside your office and home by installing dust collecting systems. This will ensure that all the bad air is sucked out and kept out.
