Differing kinds of hysteria

“I need to go somewhere; I want to go a long distance from people”. These were the words that came out from my cousin’s mouth. He was scared, sweating, anxious and paniced. We were all puzzled about his behavior and actions. After he went away, the detectives were looking for him. All of a sudden they told us that he killed our neighbour. Then we all realized it was the reason he felt tension.

Anxiety is the sense of uneasiness, fear, worry & frightened. Anxiety occurs when a reaction is out of all proportion with what might be normally expected in a situation. It's a ordinary human emotion that everyone experiences at times. Many people feel these when faced with the issues in life, before taking a test or interview at work, or making a vital decision. Although these feelings are ordinary, it may light the way to anxiety anomalies. Uneasiness disorders could cause such suffering that it interferes with a person’s ability to carry on a regular life. It's a major psychological sickness. These anomalies affect how we feel and behave.

There are numerous sorts of hysteria defects. One of these is Generalized Anxiety. Persons who suffer this frequently feel scared and fret about health, money, family, work, or college, but they have difficulty both identifying the particular fear and controlling the troubles. Like the students, they feel stress if the exam is approaching and they haven't paid their teaching yet or the cut-off point of their projects is coming. For the debtors, they feel anxiety if the payment time is coming and they can not find cash to pay for it. Second is Panic Disorder.

These are people who've sensations of apprehension that strike suddenly and regularly with no alert. Example is my cousin who killed our neighbor. 3rd is Obsessive-compulsive disorder. These are troubled by constant thoughts or fears that cause them to perform certain rituals or routines. My officemate has this type of agitation disorder because she has an irrational fear of germs that she cannot go to the general public toilet, she wash her hands and always wash glass before and after drinking.

4th is Post-traumatic stress disorder. It is a condition that may develop following a traumatising and/or horrifying event,eg death of family. Best example is my friend who went to my house yesterday. She had a rotten heartbreak because her marriage is approaching and the groom isn't around. She claimed that she was injured and do not really wish to remember the things occurred. Fifth is Social agitation disorder also called social fear, It involves overwhelming worry and shy. It is about everyday social situations. The worry often centres on a phobia of being judged by others, or behaving in a way that may possibly cause humiliation or lead to ridicule.

Example is my friend who is having an affair to a man who is married. She has got a sense of anxiety that folks could not understand her and always judge her. Last is a Specific phobia. It is an intense fear of a specific object or situation,eg snakes, heights, or flying.

Since anxiety is standard that leads to disorder, we should understand how to control it.
