1. Look at yourself – Think of those things that cause you too much anxiety. Always remind yourself that you’re only human, and you can’t handle everything. List down all your anxiety, and try to ask for someone to listen and help you.
2. Take a rest – Try to sleep at least 8 hours a day. It will ease the tension on your mind and body.
3. Work out – Go to gym, exercise and relax yourself. Working out not only reduces stress but also it’s the best way to get fit.Work out – Go to gym, exercise and relax yourself. Working out not only reduces stress but also it’s the best way to get fit.
4. Expect less – Life is not perfect, always remind yourself of that. There are times that problem will knock you off your feet, and that’s normal. You can’t solve everything because you’re only human being.
5. Keep your focus – You need to change you’re negative views on life. Coping with anxiety means you need to see life on the positive side, and stop concentrating on the negative.
6. Exposing one’s circumstances – Understand that the conditions of our lives don’t make us who we are but they may tell us who we are now. Be aware that the same negative anxiety patterns in one person’s life can be his/her motivation to defeat difficult circumstances in the life of another person.
7. Look for anxiety help – There are lots of help available both online or offline in coping with anxiety. There are some groups of people that can be found over the net that are experiencing the same experiences as you do. Another thing way to get anxiety help is to spend time with your friends or family. Hang out with them. Doing things with those we feel close to intensifies our connections, allowing us to feel supported and safe. And the fun and sharing that goes with it allows us to feel happier and less upset about things.
8. Look at the bright side – Always think positive! Keep your focus on those things that makes you feel happy and comfortable. Don’t stop yourself from dreaming and believing that anything can happen. See life on the positive; think positive and you act positively, and think negative and you act negatively.
9. Reward yourself – Give yourself a break/treat. Treat yourself to a spa, or go shopping or watch movies.
Most of all, let go! Letting go of your anxiety will help you to live freely and happily. Remember, life will bring you problems and troubles, but don’t let it ruin and stresses you too much. Let go of those things that give you stress.
